Residence recreational center is located in a very picturesque place (98 km of motorway Kiev -. Kharkov, Yagotin district), the total land area is 10 ha. This beauty spot is adjacent to a large lake (Lake Supiy with an area of 1,100 hectares). On our territory you can also find an inland lake (surface area of 0.3 hectares), a large orchard, 2 hectares of forest, stables with indoor and outdoor arenas, a petting zoo, professional tennis courts, a mini football filed, a rope park, spa complex, outdoor pergolas, a small for breakfasts.

In the immediate vicinity of the complex there are interesting historical sites, such as Repnin manor, a palace and park complex in Yagotyn laid by Hetman K. Razumovsky in the XVIII century.

In the manor’s park there is a gazebo that was a favorite place of famous Ukrainian poet Shevchenko. In the extant parts of the palace an art gallery has been arranged. You can see the works of great Ukrainian artists: N. Glushchenko, T. Yablonska, Shishkov and others. The gem of this collection is the most complete collection of paintings by folk artist K. Bilokur consisting of more than 70 works: paintings, watercolors, drawings, sketches, drafts, early and unfinished works.

On our territory there is also a former summer residence of Nikita Khrushchev. In times past members of the Ukrainian Politburo stayed there when they gathered for hunting.
Leaders of the Communist Parties of many socialist countries (including Cuban leader Fidel Castro and General Secretary of the Hungarian Socialist Workers’ Party Janos Kador) also stayed there. Not far from Khrushchev’ residence you can also see a hunting lodge where Leonid Brezhnev and Scherbitsky stayed.
